The contents of the StartUp package provided by Morgan Lewis include Certificate of Incorporation (DE); Initial filing fees (DE); By-laws; Initial Consent of Sole Incorporator; Initial Consent of Board of Directors; Form of Stock Subscription Letter; Stock Certificates; Stock Ledger and Form of Receipts for Stock Certificates; Form SS-4 Application (EIN); and Form of 3rd party Non-Disclosure Agreement.
